I’m no guru, but I want to share with you a few things I’ve learned on how to manifest your reality and get rid of blocks that might be holding you back from living the life you choose.
Many of us struggle to get our heads wrapped around how to shut off the worry and not living a life on someone else’s watch.
We know that we attract what we put out into the world. We try to maintain a good attitude, but the stress of life gets in the way.
It’s true you are what you think. But that’s only half the battle.
Steps to Manifest Your Reality
- Step 1: Think it.
- Step 2: Feel it.
- Step 3: Take action.
- Step 4: Behave as-if.
The concept in Figure 1 and the steps outlined above are nothing new. They’re from thought-gurus such as Wayne Dyer, Marci Prindville, Heather Matthews, and others. In their approach, you’ll see there’s a bit more to thinking positive and making it happen.
If whatever we thought about came true, then I would have become Batman when I was nine years old running around the house playing superheroes. (I really thought I was Bruce Wayne, btw.)

Some people think that positive thinking is a scam brought on my greedy charlatans. Of course, there are those out there—in any industry—but the fact of the matter is that the law of attraction works.
